Delete your account

You can delete your FITVOW account and its data at any time, straight from the app. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open FITVOW and sign in.
On Home, tap the Settings gear (top right).
Tap Delete account.
Optional: tap Download your data first to keep a copy.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

You are signed out straight away. You can also remove FITVOW's access to your Apple account in iOS Settings, under your name, then Sign in with Apple.

No longer have the app?

Email support@fitvow.app from the email address linked to your Apple account (or tell us your FITVOW username), with the subject "Delete my FITVOW account". We will confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your profile: username, country, timezone, photo and email.
Your results and history: sessions, counted days, evaluations, Performance Account, streaks, points, levels, badges and ranks.
Your notification settings and device tokens.
Your data in our analytics tools (PostHog and Google Analytics).
Our link to your Apple sign-in, which we revoke with Apple.

Deletion from our systems finishes within 24 hours. Encrypted backups expire on their normal schedule, within 35 days.

What we keep

A de-identified record of your purchases, where tax and accounting law requires it. It is no longer linked to your profile.

Before you delete

A live evaluation ends. FITVOW does not refund it; refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Unused evaluation credits are lost.
Your username is held for 30 days, then anyone can take it.
Deleting your account does not cancel anything with Apple. FITVOW has no subscriptions, so there is nothing else to cancel.
