About FITVOW

One line: FITVOW is a 30-day, camera-verified fitness test for iPhone. Show up on any 20 of 30 days and earn a permanent, ranked record.

Short description: FITVOW turns consistency into something you can prove. Pick one of seven bodyweight moves (push-ups, squats, plank, jumping jacks, lunges, glute bridges or sit-ups) and a level, from Rookie to Advanced. Every day, prop up your iPhone and the camera counts each rep live, on the device; nothing is recorded or uploaded. Hit your daily minimum on any 20 of 30 days and you qualify: your rank is revealed, your Performance Account opens and your public profile shows what you earned. Rankings reward counted days, never volume or spending. Each evaluation is a one-time purchase, with no subscription.
